To place a custom order, simply email us at witneessdesigns@gmail.com with your inquiry. Be sure to include high-quality pictures (at least 300 DPI) and the correct spelling of any names or information to be included in your design.

Here's what you can expect from our custom order process:

  1. Design Phase: Once we receive your email, our team will work diligently to bring your vision to life. We'll design your custom item based on your specifications and email you a proof for approval.

  2. Approval and Ordering: After you approve the design, we'll provide you with a link to place your order on our Custom Order Page. Please note that orders are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis.

  3. Order Window: You'll have a two-week window to place your order once the link is sent to you. We kindly ask that you adhere to this timeline to ensure timely production and delivery.

  4. Production and Shipping: Please understand that Anointed to Declare will not be held liable for missed deadlines if orders are not placed in a timely manner. We do not accept last-minute orders. Once your order is placed, we'll begin production, and shipping will be completed within our standard timeframe.

  5. No Refunds: Due to the personalized nature of our custom order items, we do not offer refunds once the proof is approved and orders are placed.
